Schools and Families

We have five church schools in the Benefice, Ashlands, Misterton, St Bartholomew’s, Haselbury Plucknett and Wadham.  Within the benefice there is also Maiden Beech Middle School and Perrott Hill Prep School.

We have a growing programme of events and activities to meet the needs of children and young adults of all ages.

Several times a year the schools come to our churches for special services and every week either Stuart, Craig or Jonathan take collective worship in the first schools.

We also host Messy Church monthly in the Church Hall which is organised and this is run by Crewkerne Churches Together.

It meets during the 10am service on the 1st, 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month.

Wadham School Chaplaincy Project

With other churches from around the area, we support this project both financially and in prayer. This support allows the school to employ a chaplain to support the whole school community.
