‘This is to my Father’s glory, that you bear much fruit, showing yourselves to be my disciples.’ John 15:9
Homegroups allow us to explore our faith in smaller groups, to study the bible, pray with one another and grow and develop our faith.
Misterton Bible Study Group
We have a Bible Study Group which meets once a fortnight. Currently, this takes place at eleven o’clock on a Thursday morning, generally at the Thatched Farmhouse in Middle Street. At present, we are studying St. Paul’s letter to the Colossians. If you are interested in joining us, please contact our Churchwarden, Rob Jeffreys, either at email@example.com or on 01460 279827 to confirm details.
Haselbury Home Group
Every 1st and 3rd Tuesday morning a small home group meets in a parishioner’s house, where we explore aspects of our faith in a friendly, informal setting. New members are very welcome. For more information please contact Hilde on 01460 76450
Crewkerne Home Group
Looking at Women in the gospels. Meets on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month at Margaret Barton’s home at 11am. Please contact the church office for more details.
Fullness of Life
Our Lent Course for 2017
In 2014, the Fullness in Life course was selected by the Anglican Communion to be part of its online resources for the Bible in the Life of the Church Project.
Each week is based around a New Testament story of an engagement with Christ, told using an imaginative monologue and by looking at the biblical text directly. It is completely Biblical but not a traditional Bible Study.
